By registering an account or using LoL Review as a guest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

LoL Review is an independent, community-created application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Riot Games, Inc. "League of Legends" and all related assets, champion names, and icons are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission.

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords or compromised email accounts.

You agree to use the application for its intended purpose. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: storing illegal content, attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the infrastructure, using automated bots to scrape data, and attempting to disrupt the service for other users.

All match reviews, notes, timestamps, and profiles you create remain strictly private to your account by default. You retain full ownership of the data you generate. If you choose to share or make your data public, we cannot prevent this and are not liable for any outcomes resulting from that disclosure; however, we reserve the right to take action against your account if the shared content violates our Acceptable Use policy. You grant LoL Review a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your data strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

LoL Review is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss, account suspension, or service downtime. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical notes.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice. You may also request to delete your account and associated data at any time.

These Terms and your use of the application are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy explains how LoL Review collects, uses, and protects your information. By creating an account, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

• Account Information: We collect strictly the minimal personal information required to maintain your account: your email address and an encrypted hash of your password.
• User-Generated Content: Match reviews, private notes, and profile configurations. All notes are private and not visible to other users.
• Cookies, Local Storage & Preferences: We use authentication tokens and browser local storage to keep you logged in. Theme and profile preferences may be stored locally or synchronized to your account database to provide a seamless cross-device experience.

We do not intentionally store IP addresses, device identifiers, or browser fingerprints. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to any third parties.

We process your data under the following bases:

• Contractual necessity: To provide account access and note storage.
• Legitimate interests: To improve application performance and maintain security.

Your data is used solely to securely authenticate your login, retrieve your personal review logs across your devices, provide basic analytical summaries of your gameplay, and prevent abuse of our infrastructure.

Passwords are encrypted and securely stored. Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. While we implement reasonable, industry-standard safeguards, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your data is stored while your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and user-generated content is permanently removed from our active systems. Backups may retain data temporarily before automatic deletion.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent, and request data portability.

We may update these policies periodically to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
